We are a strictly non-smoking establishment

Booking

• A deposit of 33% will be required when making a booking with the balance on arrival.
• For advanced bookings; we do reserve the right to re-let your room if a deposit is not received.
• 7 days notice is required for cancellation of booking and your deposit will be returned less a £5 fee to cover administration.
• A £10 supplement will be charged for single occupancy of a twin or double room, and where a room is occupied by less than 2 adults.
• No charge for children 5 years and under.
• Child prices are for children 6-13 years
• A laundry charge of £2.50 will be levied for single night stays.
• Late night arrivals must be agreed in advance.

We do ask that you vacate your rooms by 10am on the day of your departure.

Pets

• By arrangement only - please contact us to discuss.

General rules:

• No pets on beds or furniture.
• Pets to be fed outside if possible.
• No pets in communal breakfast room.
• Please ensure your pet is clean after a walk in wet weather or having been on the beach.
• Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms at any time
